CAPTURE THE NATURAL SHAPE OF YOUR FOOT The
 Raven™ Insoles composite foot cradle is designed to be contoured to your foot. The heel cup of the cradle has small slots made around the top radius to allow the cup to expand for larger feet. These slots may or may not be visible after molding.
 Raven™ insoles are compatible with most cycling shoes.
 For best results, place your current insole over the Raven™ insole and trace the shape of the forefoot with a marker. Trim away excess foam at the forefoot. It is often best to trim less and check the fit of the insole inside the shoe, if the insole creases or is too tight, trim away more excess material from the forefoot.
